Zeolite Ceramic Balls for Water Purification
Functions
Remove ammonia nitrogen from water with efficiency up to 95%
Efficient adsorption of heavy metals and organic pollutants
Help reduce fluoride content in water
Product Description
Zeolite ceramic balls are widely used water purification filter media.
They are mainly composed of:
clinoptilolite (natural zeolite)
kaolin
pore-forming agents
The materials are processed through a low-temperature firing process at approximately 650°C, which helps preserve the natural adsorption performance of zeolite.
Due to their porous structure and molecular sieve characteristics, zeolite ceramic balls provide:
strong adsorption capacity
purification capability
catalytic activity
They can be widely used in water purification, air purification and environmental treatment systems.
How It Works
Ion Exchange
When zeolite ceramic balls are immersed in water, water enters the internal pores of the zeolite structure.
Cations in the water can exchange with cations in the zeolite framework, allowing the removal of heavy metal ions and ammonium ions from water.
Adsorption
Zeolite ceramic balls contain uniform micropores, giving them molecular sieve properties.
The combined effects of dispersion forces and electrostatic attraction allow zeolite to strongly adsorb:
polar molecules
unsaturated compounds
easily polarizable substances
This mechanism enables effective removal of contaminants from water.

FAQ
Why is the color inside the zeolite ceramic ball different from the outside?
This is due to the rapid firing manufacturing process, which helps retain the adsorption capacity of the zeolite while maintaining the hardness of the ceramic balls.
Do you offer zeolite ceramic balls in different colors?
No. All zeolite ceramic balls used for water purification are produced from natural mineral powders without added pigments, ensuring safety for drinking water applications.
