Product Description
Condensate neutralizer media for air preheater systems is designed specifically for treating acidic condensate generated in heat exchange and air preheating equipment.
During operation, air preheaters and related systems produce condensate water that often contains acidic components formed by gas condensation. If not treated, this condensate can lead to corrosion, reduced equipment lifespan and environmental discharge issues.
The ceramic media is formulated using a combination of mineral components such as calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide and potassium-based compounds. These materials react with acidic substances in the condensate water and adjust its pH to a safer and more stable level.
Compared with general-purpose neutralizing media, this product is optimized for continuous flow systems and heat exchange environments, ensuring consistent neutralization performance.
