Mixing: The prepared raw materials are mixed in a certain proportion. The specific ratio is determined according to the performance requirements of the product. During the mixing process, uniform mixing is ensured to ensure the consistency of the composition of the ceramic balls.

Forming: The mixed raw materials are formed into spherical shapes. This can be achieved through processes such as extrusion or molding. For example, the raw materials are poured into a forming machine and extruded into ball - shaped particles through the upper and lower dies of the machine.

Drying: The formed ball - shaped particles are dried to remove moisture. The drying temperature and time should be strictly controlled to avoid cracking or deformation of the balls. Usually, they are dried at a relatively low temperature, such as 25 °C, for a certain period of time.

Sintering: The dried ceramic balls are sintered at a medium - temperature.
